We offer irrevocable non-tangible digital products, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, you are responsible for reading all terms before purchasing. By purchasing a digital product from our website, it is understood that you have read and understood our terms and conditions for digital products. Consider that the acquisition of this digital product is for the personalization or complement of your final work, so you cannot in any way register the original product as your own or redistribute it for sale. We do not make refunds for not being able to use the digital product either because you do not have the proper knowledge for your work, or for not knowing how to use the functions and / or features of the product. We do not make refunds because you do not have the additional programs (drivers, frameworks) that are required to work with our product installed. We do not make refunds because you cannot unzip the file (You need to install a program to unzip), normally all our files use compression in .zip. We only make exceptions to this rule when the product does not conform to the features and functions described in the same product. When a refund is made, FOR ANY REASON, 50% will be deducted from the total amount paid for the license purchase.
